jealousy engulfs me. my in-laws just called to tell me they are sitting down to a lovely dinner at shells for momma che's birthday dinner (happy birthday to you!). i'm still jealous though. shells is the greatest restaurant (in my opinion) in these here 50 states. it is my favorite place to eat and they are sitting there enjoying shrimp while i choke down a burger. normally, when nathan and i go to shells we call my parents and brag..... now i know how they feel.
i did have to say it was the greatest place in these 50 states b/c my all time fave is actually across the ocean and around the corner. my world-wide fave restaurant is in the hotel tilapia located on the beautiful coast of lake victoria. seriously, the food was so good i can still taste it. i can literally imagine the taste....it was that good. now, that could be b/c i had been eating beans and rice for a while and i was the cook....no comments please.
anyway, i better get back to cooking dinner. ho hum. :)

Thanks!! The calimare and shrimp were fab. the owner made me an ice cream, with cho. and caramel tortilla treat. We went to Siesta Beach to watch the sun set. It was a great birthday. Love you three so much!!!
And to think that Connor had play-dogh for an afternoon snack.
yes, thanks to aunt nic, connor had his first taste of play-doh. i'm told it wasn't that much but it was enough to make his teeth blue. :) kids are hilarious.
