this whole huge house and all the kids squished in here to read

faithy beauty queen

christmas eve--opening stockings. i cut an old wrapping paper tube and stuck it in ace and huddy's stockings.... of course, as typical kids they loved it.

this is wicked cool

merry stinkin' christmas

the boys watching espn on christmas morning

we played a quick game of scrabble to pass the time before lunch--drewbie and jo-g getting ready for the game.....hey, he came for christmas he had to know he'd get a family nickname

gracie and uncle nate made a great team. until uncle nate tried to pass off "jearn" as a word. grace took over after that and finished the game well. she's a good speller

the whole fam

the original fam

the canfield connection

hairgrove branch 1

we made jo and drew take a pic together...which of course, they were NOT thrilled about. but we had to get drewbie in a shot somehow

the kids recited some of the christmas story for us...great job as usual

bye uncle jo-g. he had to go back to the island to work

the obligatory hold...we joked that steven hadn't held connor...but we all know he loves him

connor loved the kids tunnel

he was a pro getting through it

note to self...drop 10 or 20 before attempting to worm through a kids tunnel again

the kids loved coloring with gramma

huddy found the box and emptied it onto the floor....ah...kids.

just trying to relax

we love the beach!

he was really loving this beach trip

just watching the sun

we tried to get so many pictures...this is the best one....if that tells you anything

now THIS i LOVE!!

just playing with the camera features....

momma jo-g got this hat for the little man...we thought it was so cute

he loved wearing it, and i thought he looked so grown up

here we are at shell's....cute pic but the little man blinked...oh, well.

Jearn, eh? Sounds like something Matt would try. Who won? Thanks for posting so many photos! Christy & Steven look awesome for having 4 kiddos . . . what's her secret? What a blast for the Hairgroves to have everyone there at for Christmas! Their grandparent love must have been overflowing.
