well, i decided to brave the cold and hit the mall. and what a treat. kohls had a super sale going so i got a nice sweater for $15. then connor and i headed over to 12 oaks and got a pretzel and a caramel macchiato. i would love to tell you that the pretzel was delightful, unfortunately...well, maybe fortunately....connor is carb crazy. i got a bag of the pretzel bitz and he scarfed most of them.
before i headed into kohls i was really getting frustrated about finding a sub for 3's this week. i have been calling and emailing trying to get someone and.....nada, nothing, zipo, zilch. i thought something was wrong with my email so i tried calling and got wrong numbers and machines. i was sitting in my car and i was just thinking how stupid i was....hello! why are you not asking the Lord to work this out? typical me....try and fix everything on my own. so i just prayed and acknowledged...finally...that i do not control the universe. big surprise i know. but it's true. i've had you all fooled haven't i? you thought i was in charge this whole time. HA! simpletons!
seriously, ten minutes later cici called me to see if i needed anything while nathan was gone. first of all, what a precious head! then i was telling her about 3's and she offered to do both services. what a doll! so thanks for any that were in the works for an offer, but it's all taken care of.
connor loves to be wherever people are. if i got to the bathroom, soon he's there. when nathan's in the shower, suddenly i'll hear, "hey, get out of here!" just like yesterday when connor sat in the bathroom while i got ready. so when i'm on the computer, many times he's standing next to the chair. well, our computer chair has five wheeled legs sticking out on the base. i've been waiting for this to happen...connor lost his grip and smacked one of those puppies right on the corner of his eye. poor little thing. but he's fine....
*****ok, as i was typing the plans changed again! darrin is teaching his sunday school this week, so of course cici should be there! so back to my list. this time i went straight for the family tree. i called up aunt tina and she said she could cover sunday school for me (thank you! thank you! thank you!!)....it's good to have a big family. *****

oh poor connor. he is realy cute.
It's the first of MANY Ace - if you are anything like your Daddy!!!
Then of course, I remember when Uncle JO-g came in the house with a HUGE shinner his brother (Nate) gave him!! Nate's excuse, "He should have had his glove up!" You're still the cutest Ace. Love ya so much.
At least he is still cute even with it.
