inspired by adrianna

well, sort of.......

adrianna has the cutest picture of sebastian in his daddy's hat. a few weeks ago i had taken this picture of ace and loved it, of course. well, i was loving the cute-boy-in-dad's-hat motif so here's my version. sort of copied and sort of not......

VVVVVVery cute! Have you heard the idea of putting the little guy in one of daddy's shirts every year on his birthday... and watching him slowly grow into it over the years?

Hey, while I'm at it... I noticed that your sidebar items are all perfectly aligned... HOW CAN I GET MINE LIKE THAT!?? It's such a silly, small thing, but it drives me NUTS! And--I've put that sweet cluster map on mine a few times, but every time I do, it pushes my sidebar WAAAAY down toward the bottom. Grr... you're an HTML smartie... can ya help me?

karen,

i've never heard of that shirt idea. way cute though. and nathan keeps shirts long enough that i won't have to worry about it getting tossed one year.

ok, i'm not a html smartie. i've just happened to stumble on a few cool things that were very user friendly. i know absolutely nothing about computers and my lingo is one i've pretty much made up so if you know the real names you might get lost in my explanations.

but here we go......my sidebar items are aligned b/c in my template they are aligned. they are all a tab over from the left side. when i copy and paste a new line i make sure i copy from as far left as i can so i make sure i am getting the exact tab spacing.
as for the map, i made sure i placed it under all of my links and i even looked for the 'previous posts' and 'archives' section....somehow i figured out what they looked like in my template html junk....and i just pasted it under all of that. that way it isn't able to push anything down.

seriously, i should write, "blogging for dummies" b/c i stumbled across so much and i am so NOT a computer whiz.

hope that helps.

Hey little hat man!! Just like your daddy, but much cuter!! If you need a Florida Gators hat, just tell Poppa, he'll get you anything you want! We love you our sweet grandson.

Okay, the hat - - - postively adorable - - - - HOWEVER, the "manliness" of the whole intent somehow gets a little lost in the ruffles that are surrounding him in the high chair! :)But he's still A+ cute, ruffles and all!!!!
