we played tennis every morning. of which my mom was the overall victor, but we decided that nic and i were really the best players since our serves were wicked and our singles matches had the best volleys. sorry mom, but the truth must be told. we walked the beach every day, tons of times. we ate seafood till we thought we were becoming fish ourselves, and we spent a LOT of my dad's hard earned mulah! he always joked that we were just leaches sucking every ounce of life out of him. but it's funny how fast that plastic gets whipped out when ava or ace take a liking to ANYTHING! yeah, we see how it is dad. again, the truth must be told.
we drove down. stopping in georgia--yes, i had to sleep in the armpit of america. i amazingly drove the whole way down b/c nic had something wrong with her glands and had to take some meds that "may cause drowsiness". nicely played.
connor puked a few times in keeping with tradition. i called the doc and he said, "oh, yes. i'm not surprised. baby's can be very motion sensitive." thanks a lot, buddy. (not dr. beaman though...i had to talk to the other doc. i think his name is dr. no-personality).
we made it to florida and stopped for some groceries for the week, and then we went over to the condo. it was great to relax. which is what we did for the rest of the week.
