still going! nothing outlasts the pukester. he keeps going, and going, and going......

one more day of pedialyte! i tried to give my little pukey some VERY watered down formula today, and up it came!
so if you think of us, wasting away, stuck in our little abode, unable to go out, sitting around in pj's *sigh* (well, connor is) pray for my little man. that he will stay hydrated and that he will be able to keep down his formula tomorrow. and then pray for me that i won't go crazy.
nathan has been so sweet to "relieve" me every day so i can go tanning (my therapy:-). but being held captive by my little sicky is beginning to wear on me. and mostly b/c he's my little man and i hate for him to be sick. i don't mind the staying home part.....hey, it's what i do.

but i know that this will pass and it will only be a blip on my memory. soon enough connor and i will be back out in the world, going to target, hanging out with nic and ava...when ava gets better (she's got it too :-( ) , frollicking in fields of daisies.....oh, wait...we don't frollick. nevermind.

such is the life of a mom.

pobrecito! is he sick with a cold/flu because of the season change? Chloe hasn't been sick yet in her short life and I think it woudl just be heartbreaking to watch your little guy be sick. :( Praying for you two.

momma hair--
thanks! don't you worry about the tanning. i'm all over that! and we will definitely be around to lift your spirits after the 'saw'. nathan is really good at that....i learned during labor!! :-)

erica--
connor misses stella too. he was just telling me how much fun they have in nursery. she's one of his favorites! (ok, maybe she's one of OUR favorites:-) )

alicia--
hablo espanol un poco.....i think.
hopefully i didn't spark an international incident with my slaughtering the spanish language. but help me out with "pobrecito".
ace has a bad flu that has been going around. seems he got the worst of it though.

"This too shall pass." - Wise words, Momma Hair. I think my mom told me that too when I thought that life was ending and Luke would never be well. :) It really IS amazing what fresh air does - for our spirits anyways. And, tanning sounds amazingly relaxing - good idea!

Alicia - that is unbelieveable (and GREAT) that Chloe has never been sick! I hope her healthy run last for many months to come.

Christina: Pobrecito literally means "poor little guy". It continually amazes me how much a spanish word can say compared to an english one! When are you guys going to florida? give my prego pal Colleen a belly hug for me!

KT: I think Chloe actually is battling a little sickness right now! We just had company and both their kiddos were sick with runny noses and coughs. And of course their kids wanted to play with (and chew on) Chloe's toys so a shared illness was inevitable. I'm glad though, we need to toughen up her immune system.
